For distance/online contracting with consumers, pre-contract information is provided in line with Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX, Стаття 17. Право споживача на інформацію у разі укладення договору поза торговельним чи офісним приміщенням або дистанційного договору.
